FC Sonas will now offer a comprehensive pathway for Boys and Girls in Inverness-shire to participate in regular recreational activity.
The focus will move away from weekly drop in sessions to weekly age-group team trainings and work towards entering a local games programme.

FC Sonas joined the Alba Football Association as a member club to offer a comprehensive pathway for Boys and Girls in Inverness-shire to participate in regular recreational football activity.

FC Sonas will offer 2 weekly age-group team training sessions and entry to a local games programme from U6 - U18.

Beginning as soon as November 2024, sessions will be delivered twice a week in the evenings to increase accessibility for the surrounding Highland Gaelic communities.
